Treads, risers and landings that keep their edges and finish under constant foot traffic.
Indoors, honed or brushed treads balance looks and grip; outdoors, choose flamed or bush-hammered surfaces. Anti-slip grooves or contrasting nosings help safety. Treads are commonly specified at 3 cm thickness — confirm with your structural design.

Hard-wearing floors for homes, hotels, offices and public buildings.
Polished granite suits dry interiors and lobbies; honed or brushed finishes are calmer and offer more grip. For high-traffic public areas, ask for abrasion and slip test data for the specific batch.

Interior feature walls and lobbies with the depth only natural stone gives.
Polished panels maximise colour and reflection; honed panels feel quieter. Large panels need appropriate mechanical fixing — follow the façade or cladding engineer’s specification.

Polished and leathered finishes are the most practical for worktops. Even low-absorption granites benefit from an appropriate sealer — follow the fabricator’s advice for the selected stone.

Flamed, sandblasted and bush-hammered finishes give a consistent exterior appearance. Façade design depends on panel thickness, flexural strength and the fixing system — specify tested values for the supplied batch.
